Pascal Bourcier, Innovation Activity Leader for the PasTime project at Amadeus IT Group, published an article on the PasTime project, an innovation project put in place by EIT Digital to improve the “in-destination” tourism experience.
Data Moove, Amadeus, EURECOM, ISMB, Localidata and Innovalor are the 5 partners selected to carry out the project in 2017. It combines two technological components:
- The management of mass tourist data,
- The contribution of data of user profiles collected by Amadeus during its various activities (Booking Flights, Hotels, Cars, …).
This in order to experiment and market the brodcasting of recommendations to tourists of events or points of interest of a given destination according to their identified profile.
